A Bit About Me

I have been a designer for as long as can I remember. Even as a child, I was enamored with the act of creating, from coloring books to crafts, I loved making things more than anything. The first time I realized that I could pursue design as a career, I was in eight grade, dating a boy in a punk band who needed help with the band's logo. I taught myself photoshop, and managed the band's brand, album art, and merch designs. As amateur as they (and I) were at the time, I got my first taste of how design touches everything that we see and interact with in society, and I never looked back.

I spent high school further exploring art and design, staying focused on my goal to become a professional designer. I graduated high school and moved on to Ringling College of Art + Design where I pursued my bachelor's degree in Graphic + Interactive Communication. My entire career has been centered around my childhood passion for making things.

With creation comes responsibility, and I believe that you are going to make something, you should make it with intention and purpose. Visual communication has the power to inspire, motivate, and make a difference. I strive to make things that not only honor my personal passion for creation, but that can bring others joy, help people see new perspectives, and influence positive change.
